Plan, develop, test and document computer programs applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Evaluate user requests for new or modified programs. Such as financial or human resource management to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system and computer capabilities. Consult with the users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate sequence of steps program must follow and to describe logical operations involved. Design logical and physical databases and will enter codes into our computer systems that are specifically designed for our business. Write detailed description of user needs, program functions or modify current computer programs of Isaac's Relocation. Involve and creating and updating the computer program for the company's web site.

Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Related Field or two years experience.
